Delete your account

You can delete your 4S Gump account yourself, at any time, without asking us.

1. From inside the app

Open Account, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials, your name and profile photo, your learning preferences, and all of your practice data: written and spoken answers, transcripts, scores, feedback, progress and mock-exam results, and any tutoring questions you submitted.

3. What is kept, and why

Records of purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They identify the transaction, not your practice. Server logs that mention your account id are kept for their normal retention period and then removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google rather than by us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise it renews.

4. If you cannot sign in

Write to admin@4sgump.com from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We will verify that the address belongs to the account before deleting anything, and confirm once it is done.
